b. Conduct: You agree to maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards instructors and fellow learners. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Course without a refund.

Limitation of Liability:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofthe State of Texas, USA.
